We want you to be fully satisfied with your GWAR apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and intimate apparel are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all customers.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
